FAQs

Can I get a sample?

Yes - We can send a sample pack to you which includes various sizes, designs and paper types to allows you to see the quality of print and card that will be used to print your stationery.

Click here to order a sample pack (please note there is a usually a charge of £1.00 per pack, this cost covers the postage and some of the print costs).

The sample pack will take 2 - 3 working days to be delivered

 

When should I order my stationery?

Being organised is great but not always practical! We have created a timeline of 'ideal' time frames in which to order your stationery. However we do offer an express delivery service incase you are running a little bit behind schedule. If you are worried at all, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to help.

How do I order my wedding stationery?

Create an account (top right) and fill out your information

or click here to complete the forms.

Select items and quantities - add to basket.

Complete Checkout - you will then receive an email proof from us
within two working days.

Once approved you will receive your stationery within seven - ten working days!

 

 

When will I receive my first proof?

We aim to send your proof back to you within 2 working days. The email will include a proof of your artwork along with a comments box where you can include any changes (if any) you would like to make and an approved for print tick box.

Once approved your stationery will enter the print stage so please make sure you are completely happy with you designs.

 

How much will delivery cost and how long will it take? 

The cost of delivery is £3.95 and will be delivered by a courier or Royal Mail.

Please allow 5 - 7 working days to receive your order. Once you have approved the proof your order will be printed. Please allow 5 - 7 working days to receive your items. If you are in a hurry please let us know and we can offer an express delivery for an extra fee.

 

 

Can I cancel my order / change details?

You can change any part of your order if you have not yet approved your proof.
Please get in touch so we can help.

Once you have approved your proof no changes or refunds can be made, this is because your stationery is in production of being printed. If you do spot anything please get in touch straight away and we will see if there is anyway in which we can help.

 

Can I change the wording / colours of the design? 

Yes! - Most of the collections allow you to choose your own colours to suit your theme, and any of the wording can be changed. Just get in touch to discuss!

 

Can you design our stationery from our ideas / theme?

Yes - we offer a bespoke design service with a FREE consultation to discuss your requirements. This process takes a little longer than ordering from the pre-made designs, so please allow good time.
